Shipping took longer than expected due to customs delays, but after reaching out it appears that a replacement was sent and it arrived as expected. This was the best match out of any kit I've used previously with other vehicles. It was easy to use after reading instructions and watching the video. Much happier now after touching up the rock chip from the rock that took a chunk of paint and a chunk of glass out of my 1200 mile Q7.

Best touch up paint match I’ve found
I used this for touch up on a BMW mineral white paint. It is a 2 part paint process with short drying time between coats. This matched the metallics and finish almost perfectly with the factory paint.

Shipped from Turkey but somehow got to my door in 3 days with free shipping option. Good color match. Looks much better than using only a pen or brush. Need to overfill the scratch/chip and do multiple applications until you get it nice and smooth.

Purchased the kit that is recommended for the Dodge Grand Caravan White. I was initially concerned I had a broken paint bottle waiting for me when I grabbed the package from the mail, because I could smell paint fumes. I opened the package carefully and was immediately impressed with the packaging. By layers - Package came in a plastic bag, then a brown cardboard box that fit snug around the company product. Not gonna lie - I was pretty excited to open a paint box, they did a great job with their presentation. I was relieved that there wasn't any paint leaking from the box. Opened the product officially and I was impressed further to find that there was a foam insert that held each component of the product. the Paint jars were contained as well as the other liquids. Underneath the foam was another compartment which housed the sponge, knap cloth, and paint rag. Overall - very sharp presentation inside the package as well.
Application is on the skills of the user - which, I am not a body detailer by any means. However, the white matched very well and I was able to complete my touch ups with one (25mL) bottle of paint.
I would definitely recommend this product again and would be anxious to try other colors as well to see how they match.

The kit worked very well and was a good match for my paint. Easy to prepare and apply. Everything you need is in the kit. Fast drying. Best to store in house for extended shelf life.
DON'T BUY - GO TO YOUR DEALER AND GET PROPER TOUCH UP PEN/PAINT
Purchased this kit end of July 2021, did a small repair sealed everything back up and stored the kit. Today went to do some repairs, took out the kit and found both containers of paint dried out. This was in spite of the fact that I had only opened one of the containers previously. The 2 bottles of corrector fluid were both practelly empty even though, as, with the paint, only one bottle had been opened. It is obvious that the containers are not tight from the factory. THERE WAS A STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL WHEN I ORIGINALLY OPENED THE BOX. I figured the smell was from the factory and ignored it. IF YOU NEED TOUCH-UP PAINT GO TO YOUR DEALER AND GET A COLOR-MATCH PEN OR PAINT.

It works but it's tricky to get right
Paint match was great its soft didn't want to stick I used the wipe solution and pull all the paint off every time. I applied the paint thin slowly built it up to hight then left it for and hour then I polished took off all the extra around the out side and smoothed it out perfectly every rock chip
